Return and Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your candles. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns:

We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cscents.sppt@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.


Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any items that arrive damaged or defective.


Non-returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized products.
