Candle Care

  1. Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to 1/4 inch. This helps prevent excessive flickering, soot, and a large flame, ensuring a clean burn.
  2. Burn Time: For the first burn, allow the candle to melt across the entire surface (about 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn in the future.
  3. Burning Duration: Always burn your candle for no longer than 4 hours at a time. This helps the candle last longer and prevents overheating.
  4. Keep It Away from Drafts: Avoid placing candles near vents, windows, or fans, as drafts can cause uneven burning and flickering.
  5. Extinguishing the Flame: Always use a wick dipper or gently blow out the flame. Avoid using water as it can cause the wax to splatter and affect the scent.
  6. Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
  7. Proper Storage: Keep candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the wax from fading or wing.
